THE AMELIA PROJECt

Since my daughter was diagnosed with Friedreich’s ataxia, the way I look at photographs has completely changed.

I’ve found myself going back through old photos more often than ever, feeling so grateful that I have those memories to look back on, especially as her disease progresses.

I want to give that same gift to other families that are facing the threat of a future without their child. 

I’m offering 5 completely free photography sessions to families who have children facing a terminal or life-threatening illness. No cost, no expectations. Just a chance to capture your family as you are, in this moment, together.

My goal is simply to create images that you can hold onto forever.

I’m calling this the Amelia Project after my daughter, Amelia.
