All sessions require a non-refundable deposit, which is deducted from your total. Deposit are $50 for mini sessions and $100 for all other sessions. Please visit my shop tab to book your mini session. Before placing deposit here, please reach out to schedule your full shoot. Shoots may only be rescheduled due to illness, exposure to Covid-19 or poor weather conditions. No shows will require a rebooking fee of $100. Retainers are nonrefundable and a $100 rebooking fee will apply for any session cancelled within 24 hours of shoot or reasons other than illness. Clients will have one year to make up their shoot and it will be made up at current pricing. Due to the current pandemic, clients that are noticeably ill will be asked to leave immediately and will lose their deposit. All images will be edited to Laurel Coffey Photography's professional standard. If a client requests additional in depth retouching, the cost will start at an additional $25 per image. Plan to arrive 5 minutes early for your outdoor session as I shoot these sessions back to back with little time in between. Clients that are more than 10 minutes late will lose their deposit. Shoots may not be refunded due to poor child behavior. Payment is due the day of the shoot and there is a $25 late fee per day. Locations are subject to change when the photographer feels it is necessary based on reasons such as weather conditions, events or construction. Laurel Coffey Photography is not responsible for quality of 3rd party printing or any flaws detected after printing. Please inspect your digital images before you print. All payment is final.
